The Zone is a no barbell movement program specifically designed to help you lose weight and get the physique you are looking for.
These 60-minute sessions are high-energy and up-tempo to help you build endurance as well as tone your body. No weights are involved in The Zone classes.
This is perfect for the person looking for an action-packed hour of exercise, without technical weight lifting.
The Zone Class Schedule:
Monday - 9:15 am and 5:30 pm.
Wednesday - 9:15 am and 5:30 pm.
Friday - 9:15 am and 5:30 pm.
