CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, motor).

CrossFit Kids is a safe and organized strength and conditioning program specifically designed for kids and teens to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness.
In a group setting your child will work on constantly varied, fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results that prepare them for whatever life may throw their way.
The CrossFit Kids program will develop and increase your child’s competence in the 10 physical fitness domains:
Starting June 15th, 2015, class options are as follows:
Schedule:
Children aged 5-11 years old: Tuesday, Thursday- 3:45 - 4:30 pm
Teens aged 12-17 years old: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:30-5:30 pm
Cost:
Children aged 5-11 years old: $80/month ($50 per month per additional kid)
Teens aged 12-17 years old: $115/month ($75 per month per additional teen)
