Kris Kling
 
Kris is a trainer at CrossFit RedZone. Kris Kling recently became a National Pro Grid League (NPGL) athlete after being drafted to the Boston Iron team. He was picked 21st among 100 men selected by the league teams.
 
Kris has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Kinesiology from James Madison University. Throughout his studies, Kris took courses dealing with training in specialty populations, such as pregnant women, the elderly, and those with cardiovascular conditions.
He was also the President of JMU’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Team. Kris has always been passionate about being fit and started incorporating CrossFit into his life after his freshman year of college.

Kurt Kling
 
Kurt is a owner and trainer at CrossFit Redzone. Before founding CFRZ with his brother in 2012, he served in the US Air Force for seven years and has been a Personal Trainer for going on ten years. With nearly six years of CrossFit experience, Kurt has trained at several boxes across the country and coached in gyms all throughout Connecticut. His passion for the sport and a reputation for building close relationships with his clients have made him a valued part of many coaching staffs.

Stephanie Krieg
 
Stephanie is currently finishing up a degree in Health Promotional Sciences & Nutrition at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, CT. Her certifications include; World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S), The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM),
as well as her CrossFit Level One Trainer Certification. Stephanie's five years of training experience have helped her transition into the CrossFit arena by combining her passion of
the sport with her dedication to watching her clients succeed day in and day out.
