Experienced athletes wanted for the CrossFit RedZone Weightlifting Club!
In the CrossFit RedZone Weightlifting Club program, you will train primarily focusing on barbell movements. Some examples of movements would be the power lifts (squats, deadlifts, and presses) and the speed lifts (snatch, clean
and jerk).
This program is cycled through the year and based off the goals of strength, power and speed. This is a great way to gain strength and/or take a step back from the met cons to re-group and get stronger.
Each session is coached by one of certified USAW Sport Performance Coaches.
